Hello, everyone! Happy new yeaaaaarrrrr! :)

Seems like I end every year thinking that it's been a very very great year, therefore, to me, every year is just as joyful and full of valuable lessons in its own way. Life is always full of inspiration, and Allah is always kind...:)

How did you guys celebrate New Year's Eve? I celebrated mine at home cooking with S...much fun! :)

I've been thinking of the things I want to do in 2012, and here's the list!

• Be very good in cooking, must be able to make Indonesian, Western & Pakistani dishes
• Grow my hair and bangs very long
• Take "shoe production & design" e-courses
• Make my bedroom very colorful even though S will think it's so girly
• Noooot skip my prayers, must pray 5 times a day
• Employ more people for Up
• Go to Canada
• Spend more time with my loved ones, less Blackberry-ing and more face-to-face quality time
• Take lomography more seriously

Soooooooo how does it feel to be a year older? Just normal! I think my soul stopped growing old at the age of 23... I'm a forever-23 girl who loves shopping at Forever 21! ;p

Feeling Creamy

Today I cooked Penne in Cream Sauce with Sausage for lunch...yayyyyyyyy! :)

Unbranded dress & hats, Bloop blazer, Ciel top, Happy Socks socks, Payless shoes

Ingredients:

• Penne pasta
• Sausage
• Olive oil
• Garlic & Onions, thinly sliced
• Chilli
• Salt
• Sugar
• Black pepper
• Italian Herbs
• Cooking cream
• Full-cream milk
• Cheese

How to:

• Cook oil in frying-pan over medium-high heat.
• Add garlic and onions and sauté until golden brown and tender.
• Add chilli & sausage and sauté until golden brown and cooked through.
• Add cooking cream and full-cream milk until sauce thickens slightly.
• Add cheese until it melts and blend together.
• Add and stir enough salt, black pepper, sugar, italian herbs. Remove from heat.
• Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain pasta then transfer to large bowl.
• Pour sauce over pasta.
